Services Mainstream Services is a full service behavioral health agency. In addition to the direct care services we provide, we also offer service coordination and QMRP II services (behavioral specialist, RN, licensed social worker).   Mainstream Services professional staff has over 49 years experience working with individuals with Developmental Disabilities.   Mainstream Services  will assist families in the completion of Title XIX Waiver Application.   Mainstream can assist with services with other agencies. If your agency does not provide service coordination, you may want MSI to be your service coordination agency.   Mainstream Services is a certified Rehab Services vendor. We can provide job coaches to consumers who meet the criteria established by Rehab Service. Mainstream Academy - A Site-Based Day Habilitation Training Center for adults. Open Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
